What Information is collected and stored?
We collect information that you enter into this Web site through our shopping cart owned by BigCartel. We store the following information that you provide: name, billing address, shipping address, and email address.

boymom accepts all payments through our shopping cart at Big Cartel. Big Cartel uses Paypal which accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard , Discover, and American Express. boymom does not have access to our customer’s payment information other than their name, shipping and email addresses. Only Paypal receives your credit card information. For Paypal’s information on privacy please see www.paypal.com.
If you do not want to receive promotional information via email from boymom, please contact us at info@boymomdesigns.com, and we will remove your email from our list.

Is Information Collected from Children?
We do not sell or ship any items ordered through the boymom Web site to anyone who we know to be under the age of 18.

Policy
boymom uses PayPal for payments. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to their’s using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours. Most orders placed by 12 pm will be shipped the same day.

Our shipping prices are determined by the US Postal Service shipping rates. Cost of shipping depends on weight and destination from our office.

USPS Express Mail (overnight to most areas) MUST SPECIFY BY EMAIL
USPS International First Class (2-4 weeks)
USPS International Priority Mail (1-2 weeks) MUST SPECIFY BY EMAIL

Returns
We do accept returns on defective merchandise and exchanges on unused, unwashed, unworn and in perfect condition items. Items purchased are unreturnable if they have been worn and/or tags have been removed. If you need to return or exchange your purchase from boymom, you may do so within 14 days of the shipping date.

Sale items can only be exchanged within 14 days of the date purchased. Sorry no refunds.
Please include a check for $6.00, credit card information and a self-addressed stamped envelope with a note explaining which item(s) you want. Unfortunately, boymom cannot refund the shipping charges of returned or exchanged merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise insuring all returns in case of loss or damage.
